Animal Welfare

We undertake the functions of dog warden in relation to strays, we promote responsible pet ownership, deal with sick and injured wild animals and provided education on a range of animal related themes.

We carry out our statutory duty to inspect those premises requiring a licence such as riding establishments and pet shops.
