The level 2 award in food safety in catering course (formally the foundation certificate in food hygiene) is approved by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
The course fee is £49 per person and includes two afternoon’s tuition, all course materials and your certificate on completion. You must attend both afternoons.
Please book early as there are only 16 places available on each course. Your place will be secured when full payment has been receieved. If you want to cancel or transfer to a later course date you must give at least 21 days notice. We will only refund your fees if you have given the 21 days notice.
