The Council's housing strategy on anti social behaviour.
Under the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003, all Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords (Housing Associations) must publish their policies and procedures. These inform the public about the measures that will be used to address anti social behaviour in relation to council tenancies.
To meet the requirement of the Act, the Council has produced a detailed Housing Services Strategy on anti-social behaviour. The strategy explains how to make a complaint and gives other important information on issues such as anti social behaviour, security of tenure, demoted tenancy orders, anti-social behaviour orders (ASBOS) and mediation services. If you are experiencing serious anti social behaviour problems from any Epping Forest District Council tenant then please contact your local Area Housing Office:
Area Housing Office (North) housingnorth@eppingforestdc.gov.uk
Area Housing Office (South) housingsouth@eppingforestdc.gov.uk
