This office is based at the Civic Offices in Epping and manages all of the Council's properties in the north of the District including Waltham Abbey, Epping, Ongar, Theydon Bois and the northern rural areas of the District.

The Area Housing Office deals with rent arrears, breaches of tenancy agreements, estate management problems, neighbour disputes and other general matters relating to housing.
