Day clubs for older people

We support a number of day clubs for older people that are run by volunteers and held at our sheltered housing schemes. The clubs provide friendship and company for older people not living in sheltered housing schemes and who are unable to get about easily. They are usually held one day each week and transport can be provided. Activities include bingo, coffee mornings, parties, day trips and games. Lunch is also provided for which a small charge is made.

Day clubs are currently held at:

   -  Parsonage Court, Loughton

   -  Buckhurst Court, Buckhurst Hill

   -  Frank Bretton House, Ongar

   -  Hyde Mead House, Nazeing

   -  Robert Daniels Court, Theydon Bois
