Gas repairs and servicing

Repairs and servicing of council owned gas appliances (e.g. central heating, boilers, gas fires etc) should be reported direct to our contractors. Council owned appliances must be serviced every year. The contractor will write to tenants to advise them when their service is due. If access is not given, it may be necessary for the Council to take legal action.
