Complaints and compliments

With a large service such as Housing, complaints are inevitable and sometimes people want to compliment us.  The council has an easy to use Complaints and Compliments Scheme that clients can use if they wish to complain or make a compliment.  There is a separate scheme for appeals on housing decisions and homelessness reviews.
