Our local offer has been agreed with the Tenants and Leaseholders Federation and details have been included in our Annual Report to Tenants. It covers all of the District's council housing and has three parts.
The 'Housing Charter' sets out our approach to providing housing services to the Council's tenants and leaseholders, private occupiers, housing applicants and homeless people. Click here to view the Housing Charter.
Our 'Housing Service Standards' set out in details what the Council will do in order to meet the national standards. They also give full details of all the services that residents can expect in areas not covered by the HCA's regulations, such as private sector housing and the Right to Buy. The 'Tenant-Agreed Action Plan' sets out a number of agreed tasks for the next year. We will monitor our progress against these tasks and report on our progress to the Tenants and Leaseholders Federation. Click here to view the Tenant-Agreed Action Plan.
