We carry out most repairs to council properties but some repairs are the tenant’s responsibility. We have target times of 24 hours, 7 working days and 8 weeks, depending on the urgency for the repair, and some repairs can be carried out by appointment. Some repairs need to be inspected first. Emergency repairs can be reported out of normal office hours on our emergency number.
