Epping Forest District Council tenants can report a repair to their home on-line by clicking on the ‘Report Repair’ link below.

Only current council tenants can use this service.

The RepairsDirect service is managed by First Software, a private software company that provides many housing services on the Internet for local authorities and housing associations. If you are unhappy about providing personal information across the Internet please telephone Housing Services on 01992 564199 (between 9am ­ 5.15pm) or on 01992 564000 if it is an emergency outside office hours.

The RepairsDirect site also uses JavaScripts and frames. If your browser software has difficulties reading the RepairsDirect website or you experience any difficulties in reporting a repair please telephone Housing Services on the telephone numbers quoted above.
