Tenants should contact the council's repairs team to request a repair to their home.

Call Housing Repairs on 01992 564199 between 9am and 5:15pm, or on 01992 564000 if it is an emergency outside office hours.

You can request a repair by sending an email to housingrepairs@eppingforestdc.gov.uk 

Only current council tenants can use the Council's Housing Repairs service.

The Housing Repairs team is not located at the Civic Offices in Epping. If you wish to report a repair at the Civic Offices you will need to use the telephone provided in the reception area.

Problems with existing gas heating systems should be reported to:
• Graceland (Complete Maintenance Services)
• Telephone 020 8502 2250 (24 hours)

Gas leaks or suspected fumes must be reported to the National Gas Emergency Service by telephone on 0800 111 999 (24 hours). Tenants are responsible for carrying out certain repairs, while others are the Council's responsibility. You may be recharged if you ask us to carry out a repair that is your responsibility.
