  • Call for Sites - Core Strategy (LDF)

    The Council is commencing work on its Core Strategy – the key document of the new Local Development Framework (LDF). An immediate priority of the LDF is to make sufficient land allocations to meet the housing and employment targets and infrastructure requirements of the East of England Plan (EEP), and provision for gypsies and travellers.

    We are seeking opinion on any sites that you feel may have genuine potential for development over at least the next fifteen years. Follow the link below to download the letter and form.     1APP the National Planning Application Form is now here, click here for more details from the DCLG website   

    As of April 6th all applications must be made using the 1APP form, any applications not using this form will be returned as invalid.

    Planning Application fees increase with effect from April 6th 2008 onwards. The revised fees and resulting schedule of prices can be viewed by clicking here.

    Please be aware that applications received from 6th April onwards must be accompanied by the correct fee.
