| What we do |
Development Control deals with planning applications, enforcement of planning regulations and appeals against Council decisions. Development Control staff also give general advice on planning matters. Before starting any works or development, whether commercial or residential, it is important that you find out whether you require planning permission. Please contact planning services by email, by telephone or visit Planning Reception at the Civic Offices in Epping. |
