Planning Permission - Guidance Leaflets

Epping Forest District Council have produced a series of Planning Advice Leaflets for Householders. The leaflets are designed to provide a guide for the most common questions asked and can be downloaded here.  If you need further information or clarification please contact us.

• Certain small developments do not require permission but if you have any doubts, or if you would like a formal confirmation that a development does not require planning permission and is lawful, you should submit an application for a Certificate of Lawful Development (please see our forms and fees page for this form and details of the costs involved).
