The Location
Epping Forest District, stretches northwards from its boundary with London, and eastwards from its boundary with Hertfordshire into the heart of scenic Essex. Situated in the Metropolitan Green Belt, Epping Forest offers easy reach of both the countryside and the city. The district covers some 33,899 hectares north east of London, of which 31,680 are designated as Green Belt. The district falls within the Stansted/M11 Corridor, which is one of the areas designated to take a large amount of employment and population growth over the next 15 years. The advantages of the district as a business location will not diminish.
