Adopted & Saved Local Plan Policy

The Council's original Local Plan was adopted in 1998. Some of the policies in it expired in 2007, and some were saved, and are still in force.

In 2006 the Council adopted the Local Plan Alterations, which replaced parts of the 1998 Local Plan. Some of these policies expired in 2009, and some were saved and are still in force.
