The Local Plan policies are available to view online, or copies of the plan can be viewed at the Civic Offices in Epping, Council Information Offices or local Libraries. Queries about Local Plan policies should be sent to contactfp@eppingforestdc.gov.uk.
Epping Forest District Council’s comprehensive District-Wide local plan was adopted in1998. We are currently in the process of updating this plan; click here to see details of these alterations.
The Replacement Essex Structure plan also forms part of our development plan, it can be viewed online at Essex County Council's website, click here to visit their site
