Adopted & Saved Policy

NEWSFLASH

All but three of the Local Plan Alterations 2006 policies, due to expire in July 2009, have now been saved by GO East - read more below:

• EFDC applied to save all but three of the Alterations policies, listed below:                                                                                                                                                      
• GB14A has been superseded by changes in the national General Permitted Development Order and is now unenforceable
• H1A has been superseded by housing targets within the East of England Plan
• ST3 has been superseded by the requirements of the application validation checklist

• Read the letter from GO East regarding the EFDC Adopted Local Plan Alterations (2006) policies which have been saved here

• Saved Local Plan 1998 and Structure Plan Policies
• Read the letter from GO East regarding the EFDC Adopted Local Plan (1998) policies which have been saved here
• Read the letter from GO East regarding Essex and Southend-on-Sea Replacement Structure Plan (2001) policies which have been saved here
