Business Link is the place to go for information, practical advice and support for new and established businesses. Its support is independent and impartial, and most services are provided free of charge.
Business Link’s advisers work with you to analyse your company or your new business idea.
If you have been trading for less than one year you may be qualify for advice through Business Link’s evoucher service. The evoucher seeks to offset the cost of seeing a consultant in areas such as sales and marketing, law or premises. Using its Supplier Brokerage Service, Business Link can help you choose a suitable supplier to meet your own individual needs.
You can access free advice through Business Link’s team of Business Advisers. Advisers work with customers on a one-to-one basis to analyse their needs and develop a plan of action to help them to achieve their business goals. Adviser support is always provided free of charge to small to medium-sized enterprises based in the East of England.
Specifically, Business Link’s Advisers will work with you to:
Identify and analyse your business needs
Develop a customised plan of action that includes a summary of support services required to meet those needs
Support you in the implementation of your plan of action
An initial meeting with a Business Adviser will typically last for about an hour and usually takes place at your offices, at a time to suit you. If you would prefer, you can arrange to meet at your local Business Link office.
