Emergency Contact Numbers

An out-of-hours service will ensure that emergency repairs  are dealt with throughout the holiday period.

A limited maintenance service will operate outside normal working hours all over the holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

The Civic Offices will close on Friday 21 December 2007 at 5pm and re-open on Wednesday 2 January 2008 at 9am.

Tenants needing emergency repairs should contact the Council at the Civic Offices on 01992 564000, unless the problem relates to a gas appliance or a gas leak.

If you live in the:
• South of the District - problems with existing gas heating systems, tenants should telephone TA Horn on 020 8275 3090 between 9am to 5pm for service enquiries, or for out of hours emergencies after 5pm and before 9am, including bank holidays, telephone 020 8275 3095.
• North of the District - tenants should report problems Graceland (Complete Maintenance Services) by telephone on 020 8502 2250 (24 hours).
• All gas leaks or suspected fumes should be reported to Transco 0800 111 999 (24 hours).
