Citizens Advice Bureau

The Epping Forest District Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) has 3 main branches. These are at Epping, Loughton and Waltham Abbey. In addition there are outreach services at Buckhurst Hill, Limes farm and Ongar. In total, the CAB in the District deals with in excess of 20,000 enquiries each year. CABs offer free, confidential and give impartial advice and are independent of any other organisation.

They deal with a very wide variety of subjects, but the majority of local cases are concerned with social security, debt, housing, employment, consumer or family matters.
