Come along to Epping Forest District Museum and learn the ancient art of Chinese Calligraphy. Hosted by artist Sammi Fang, this fascinating workshop will provide an introduction to Chinese writing through the traditional method of brush and ink.
Free of charge and suitable for all ages.

Epping Forest District Museum celebrated its 30th birthday in 2011. As the special exhibition draws to a close, come along and help us make a mosaic for the museum garden to commemorate the event. The mosaichas been designed by members of 'We Don't Do Bored' youth group, based in Waltham Abbey and Waltham Abbey Older People's group, working with mosaic artist, Paul Siggins. Members of the group will be working with Paul in the morning of the above dates on the mosaic, but the afternoon will be an open session for anyone who would like to help add tiles to the mosaic to come along and have a go!
