Victorian GalleryThe ground floor galleries show some of the key archaeological finds from around the district and provide an introduction to our villages and towns.

Highlights of these galleries include the stunning Tudor decorated wooden panels from the Abbey and the Waltham Abbey Bible, a reminder of the splendours of the great medieval religious house (check with the Museum for availability).

The first floor gallery houses material from the Victorian Age, with a focus on schools, agriculture, transport and domestic life.
