Capoeira Club is an Afro-Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, games,
music and dance. The club is for all abilities and for anyone who wishes to learn more about the Brazilian culture and this exciting discipline. The activity involves mixing simple dance and music to sweeps kicks and defensive moves. The sessions are for the majority non contact which makes the activity perfect for all ages and for people who wish to learn a creative free version of self defence which is not strict and rigid as the oriental styles.
The sessions will run every Thursday (during term time) at Murray Hall in Borders Lane Loughton from:
5pm to 6pm Beginners Class
6pm to 7pm Advanced Class
