Football for Adults with Disabilities

Epping Forest District Council in partnership with Upshire Residential Care Home and the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation, are offering free football sessions for adults with disabilities.

The sessions are for anyone sixteen or over with physical or mental difficulties, and are completely free for the first six weeks. This is a great opportunity to play football in a fun non competitive environment coached by FA level two qualified Tottenham Hotspur Foundation coaches.

The aim is to develop a sustainable training session that may lead into a team, to play non competitive matches against teams from other similar projects run by the foundation in London boroughs.

The sessions will take place every Friday from 11.30am to 1.00pm at Upshire Village Hall, Horseshoe Hill, Upshire, Waltham Abbey, Essex EN9 3SP.
