Adult Dance Sessions - Ballroom and Latin American Dance Course in Waltham Abbey and Ongar.
Boxercise - The best stress buster around, taking place in Epping for over 16's.
Get Into Sport - Take up an old sport or try something new. Golf, tennis, trampolining and more.
Running Sisters - Beginners running course for women.
Women's Football Team - Epping Forest District Council and the Essex County FA collaborated to give ladies of the district beginners’ lessons. The sessions are extremely successful and they now have a five aside club that play in a local league - the Davenant Diamonds.
New Horizons - For people aged 50 plus including gym training, bowls, dance and yoga.
Active Health - Physical activity and healthy eating sessions to people aged over 50.
Badminton - For all ages and abilities from 5 years upwards
Baseball - Essex Arrows Baseball Club for young people aged 7 to 12 year olds.
Baseball - Essex Arrows Baseball Club for young people aged 13 to 16 year olds.
Basketball - Courses for young people aged from 8 to14 years old.
Capoeira Club - An Afro-Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, games, music and dance.
Girls Football - Girls football session for the district.
Limers Performing Arts Club - TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO THE REFURBISHMENT OF LIMES FARM HALL. Modern dance styles for 8-19 year olds and join the Performing Arts Club - dancing, singing and acting with more than 5 shows per year.
Sportz - Sports and youth activities, including football, for 11 to 19 year olds.
Sport Unlimited - After school clubs for 5 to 19 year olds.
Superstars - Fit for Life / Bodycare and Parent Training Programme.
Tennis Vision - For people of all ages and abilities.
Trampolining Classes - For children and young people of all ages and abilities.
We Don't Do Bored - Youth activity night for 11 to 19 year olds.
All Ability Trampolining Club - For young people with any physical and learning difficulty between the ages of 6 to 19 years of age.
Football for Adults with Disabilities - Free football sessions (for the first 6 weeks) for anyone 16 or over with physical or mental difficulties.
Sportability Club - For children with physical and learning difficulties.
Programmes By Referral Only - Trampolining, MEND and Dyspraxia programmes.
