Epping Forest Play Strategy

There are approximately 26,559 children and young people aged 0-16 living in Epping Forest and Epping Forest District Council in conjunction with Epping Forest Play Partnership, have developed a Play Strategy and Policy to inform the future development and delivery of play services throughout the Epping Forest District.

The Epping Forest Play Strategy examines current play provision, specifically for informal and casual play activities, for children and young people aged 0-16 years. There is a clear focus on the aspirations of children and young people themselves, and what they would like to do, rather than a focus on what adults would like them to do.
