This subcommittee considers planning applications, planning enforcement and tree preservation issues.

Area covered includes:

Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding, Epping, Fyfield, Hastingwood, High Ongar, Lambourne, Matching, Moreton, Bobbingworth and the Lavers, North Weald, Ongar, Sheering, Standford Rivers, Stapleford Abbotts, Stapleford Tawney, Theydon Bois, Theydon Garnon, Theydon Mount, and Willingale.

The subcommittee has a membership of Councillors who represent wards in the area.  It meets in the Council Chamber, Epping at 7.30 p.m. every fourth Wednesday.
