On Saturday 21 April 2007 Countrycare, the countryside management service of Epping Forest District Council is working in partnership with the Essex Amphibian and Reptile Group. They are running a training day focusing on surveying for Great Crested Newts.
With the help of Jon Cranfield, they will be focusing attention on the Ponds at the Civic Offices in Epping and Nazeing Triangle Local Nature Reserve.
