A Business Breakfast organised by Epping Forest 14-19 Consortium will be taking place at St. Johns School, Epping on Friday 26th February between 7:30 and 9:00am. The breakfast will provide an an opportunity to network with other local business people, share thoughts, ideas and potential business links.
During the breakfast a small amount of time will be spent on outlining the new Diploma qualification which is being launched within schools throughout the district this September. The Diplomas have been designed by employers, for employers to ensure students develop the relevant employability skills and a real understanding of the world of work.
In addition, Jeff Joseph, the Community Development Manager for Higgins Construction, will also give a short talk about how community engagement can enhance your brand.
The breakfast will be a ‘continental’ affair and is free to all attendees. The last business breakfast was hosted at Davenant Foundation School in November and attracted 45 local business people, it is hoped that the second event will attract similar appeal.
If you would like to attend, please contact Viv Madden at St John’s School on 01992 573028 ext 252 or by email by Tuesday 23rd February 2010.
