Shelley Community Event

Epping Forest District Council is hosting a free community consultation event being held on Thursday 4 March 2010 between 3pm and 8pm at Shelley Primary School, Milton Crescent, Shelley.

Residents will be able to talk to local service providers who will be available from 3pm to 8pm.

The programme is as follows:
• 3pm - Event opens
• 3:30pm - Performance by Shelley Primary School
• 4pm - Display and awards of Shelley Primary School Colouring Competition
• 4:30pm - Children’s Story Time
• 7pm - Performance by Ongar Youth Group

There will also be activities for all the family as well as the opportunity for residents to pass on their views and ideas via a community consultation board. Everyone who completes the consultation will be entered into the free prize draw. All activities are free and refreshments will be served throughout the event.

The activities on offer are:
• 3pm to 7pm - Free mini manicures
• 3pm to 5pm - Family portraits being taken from
• Art and craft and face painting
