New Open Market Shared Ownership Scheme launched

The first occupants of an innovative Open Market Shared Ownership Scheme have just moved in. Launched by Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) in Essex, in partnership with Broxbourne Housing Association (BHA), the Scheme operates in a similar way to the 'Do-it-yourself shared ownership' (DIYSO).
