Have you been inspired by the Olympics and want to start running but you don’t know where to start … look no further!
Starting Wednesday 12 September 2012, a new running group will meet on Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm at the Town Mead Sport and Social Club in Waltham Abbey.
Epping Forest District Council’s sports and health development team have organised the sessions for both beginners and intermediate runners.
The coach is a fully-qualified Run England Leader with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
The cost is £12 for 6 weeks or £2.50 per session. Suitable footwear and clothing should be worn.
