We have now published our food safety course dates for 2013 – each course is over two afternoons and you must attend both afternoons on the 2 day course.
Due to extremely high demand for the 2012 courses we have added a full 1 day course from 9:15 am to 5 pm on Monday 10 December 2012.
The Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is an industry recognized course. It is approved by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and presented by environmental health officers.
