Tenant participation survey

Tenant participation is an important part of our housing service – your involvement helps to shape the decisions that affect the service you receive. We’re asking our council tenants to complete this short survey which will form part of a review by our Tenant Scrutiny Panel.

The panel is a group of tenants who work together with the Tenants and Leaseholders Federation, looking in-depth at selected housing issues.

Who can take part?

The survey is only open to council tenants living in homes managed by Epping Forest District Council.

Sharing information and ideas

Councillor David Stallan, Housing Portfolio Holder said: “Tenant participation is a 2-way process. It involves sharing information and ideas with the aim of improving housing conditions and services.”

“The survey will only take a few minutes and is open until 31 January 2015. The more people who share their views with us, the better informed any changes will be.”
