This app is only for tenants who pay their rent to Epping Forest District Council.

Operated through our partnership with Mears, you can use the app to request repairs and book an appointment – quickly and easily – from your smart phone.
The app will register the repair request directly into the repairs system then it will be picked up by our Housing Repairs Service planners, in the same way as other repairs reported by phone or email. The system cleverly asks you to upload a photo of the repair, giving us a clearer idea of what to expect when we get to your property.
Mears have developed this service on our behalf, as a service enhancement linked to their contract as our Repairs Management Contractor.
