Fed up of sitting on the sofa? Wanting to challenge yourself this summer? Why not try our Couch to 5K challenge?

With the weather improving and the days getting longer, there has never been a better time to get into running, so why not take part in this beginners running programme to improve your health and wellbeing.

Couch to 5k

Our Couch to 5k programme is aimed at anyone wanting to get in to running or just improve their fitness.

And the best thing is, it’s free.
