Want to start running? If you are new to the sport, our couch to 5K programme is exactly what you need! Coaching begins on 20 June 2017.

Couch to 5K

Our weekly sessions will help you build your fitness and stamina. It’s the perfect way to get fit for local park runs and with 4 weeks to go until race for life, there is no better time to get started!

When: Every Tuesday

Date: 20 June 2017 to 5 September 2017

Where: Stonards Hill Recreational Ground, Epping, Essex, CM16 6SP

Time: 17:30pm – 18:30pm

Cost: £3 per session

There is no need to book, just turn up!
