Join us at the museum for a fun day of Tudor music, performed by Richard York. Richard has a wonderful range of instruments from harps to a plucked psaltery - if you don't know what that is, then come along to find out! There will be plenty of opportunities to have a go yourself, and join in with a bit of Tudor dancing too! Richard will be here between 11.30am and 1pm, then from 1.30pm to 3pm. The event is free of charge, and there is no need to book, just drop in.
Housed in a Grade II* listed Tudor building in Waltham Abbey, the museum tells the story of the district through its collections and displays. The newly redeveloped museum features six galleries, the opportunity to see behind the scenes, a lift making the entire building accessible and lovely new community space for all to use.
