The new Housing Career Pathway at Epping Forest District Council provides a solid foundation from which to steer your career, ultimately focussing on the areas of housing that interest you. This could be anything from working with homeless people to planning strategy for future housing needs.

You will need to have Maths and English at grade C or equivalent, a desire to support people in the community and an ability to demonstrate our key values of Trust, One Team, Performance, Innovation and Customer Service.
Our Housing Career Pathway comes with:
- A 24 month contract
- £15,000 per annum
- 36 hours per week
- CIH Level 2 Qualification, training and development opportunities/mentoring
- Local Government Pension Scheme
- 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
