30:30 is a great way for you to get more physically active.
The campaign encourages you to do 30-minutes of daily physical activity for 30 days (throughout the whole of June). You can choose any kind of activity, there are no restrictions on what you choose to do as long as you complete 30-minutes each day. You can tackle those 30-minutes as a block or you can break it down to three 10-minute sessions or two 15-minute sessions.

Exercise releases endorphins – a chemical that fights stress and makes you feel good. It increases energy and stamina, helps manage weight, improves cholesterol levels, lowers blood pressure, prevents osteoporosis and cancer and helps with your positive mental health.
A brisk walk at lunchtime, picking up the pace when taking the dog for a walk or starting a new exercise can all work towards your 30-minutes. Make it even more fun by getting your friends, family or colleagues involved.
