Epping Forest District Council is currently undertaking a review of the single persons and empty homes discount within the district.
The aim of this review is to ensure that our records are accurate and up to date, enabling us to provide fair and reasonable services to all residents.
Empty homes and single persons discount review
As part of the review process, residents who currently receive the single persons discount or own empty homes within the district will soon receive a letter from Datatank Ltd, on behalf of the Council.
The letter will be sent from the following postal address:
- Income and Awards Review, Department S4D, Loughborough Road, Nottingham, NG2 7QP.
Confirm your circumstances
Affected residents are asked to review the contents of the letter and take action accordingly to confirm their circumstances.
It is essential that you confirm whether the property is occupied and provide details of who currently lives in the home, even if you have already notified the council about any change in circumstances.
