A donation hub collecting humanitarian aid for the people of Ukraine has been set up in our Civic Offices in Epping.
In support of Ukraine
The move is in response to calls from local people wanting to do something to support those in need.
‘Epping Community Donation Hub in support of Ukraine’ is a partnership with the White Eagle Club in Balham, South London. Trucks are shipping the donations direct to Poland.
Initially we are opening the hub for 10 days to collect humanitarian aid from simple medication, toiletries and hygiene products through to clean, good quality clothes, blankets and sleeping bags.
This is our local contribution in support of Ukraine, but there are other options locally and nationally ensuring aid benefits those directly affected by the ongoing conflict.
