Looking for something eggciting to entertain the kids this Easter?
We’ve got an activity for everyone, from a full-on day of crafting, multi-sports for young Olympians and an Easter egg hunt for the whole family.
We even have an opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification learning with a professional artist over 3 days with Arts Award Explore.
We’ll be back on tour with our free Play in the Park sessions taking place in fields across the district.

Family fun drop in: Easter chick and basket

Play in the Forest is all about playing games and having fun in the forest. Join us for this Easter themed activity. We’ll have bug hunting, den building, a live story telling session as well as a host of Easter related activities. Parental supervision required.

The inclusion project multi-sports days are back. A fun filled day including sports like football, rounders, dodgeball, tennis and so much more. Our staff on the day will ensure you have loads of fun.

The Essex ActivAte programme supports young people who are eligible for benefits based free school meals and come from working families. Over the Easter holidays this includes:
- Fun and inclusive sessions to support children’s physical and mental wellbeing
- Variety of sport and enrichment activities including arts and crafts and food preparation
- Expert support for SEND pupils and young people suffering poor mental health.
We are also offering paid spaces, please book appropriately as we have a limited number of spaces.

Come and enjoy an hour of trampolining finished off with an hour of swimming. Parents can swim too. If your child is under 8 you need to be present for the swim session. This session is only for children or young people with disabilities/SEN and their siblings.

Come and join us at Paradise Wildlife Park as we encounter on an animal adventure. Listen to the park keepers talk about animals before we go on a walk through the park and see all the animals on show. From big cats to penguins to zebras, this day promises to be super fun. Parents will need to book a ticket to accompany children under 5
Play in the Park
Play in the Park is all about playing games and having fun outdoors. There will be a range of sports equipment and arts and crafts resources for everyone to enjoy. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
