Public consultation on the draft Epping Town Neighbourhood Plan is now open.
Epping Town Council is in the process of producing a Neighbourhood Plan for the Epping parish. The town council has now submitted its draft neighbourhood plan to Epping Forest District Council for publication under Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
There now follows a 6-week public consultation on the submitted draft plan and comments are invited on the plan up until 4pm on 21 October 2024, when the public consultation closes.
Comments received regarding the plan proposal will be forwarded to an appointed examiner, who will assess the plan proposal and supporting documents against basic conditions.
Alternatively, the draft plan and all other submitted documents are available to view at the addresses below, where response forms can also be obtained.
