To provide further support for small businesses affected by COVID-19, Epping Forest District Council has received £242,000 from the Essex Business Adaptation Fund (EBAF).
The fund was created to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in adapting their premises and/or operations so they can continue working and generating income in a COVID-secure way while legislation allows them to remain open or after restrictions are removed and they are able to re-open.

You must use this money to adapt your premises and/or operations so you can trade in a Covid-secure way. These grants are only available for eligible spending after 15 October 2020.
How to apply
You will be asked to upload proof of any quotations for work or expenditure after 15 October 2020, so you need to have that ready.
Applications will be processed in order of receipt with grants awarded until the funding has been exhausted, in other words on a first come, first served basis.
