Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) is excited to announce the launch of its tenant satisfaction survey; giving you the opportunity to share your thoughts on how it is doing.
Confidential telephone survey
From now (August 2023) until the end of March 2024, EFDC will be conducting a telephone survey with a sample of its valued tenants and lessees.
To ensure the survey is conducted effectively and accurately, EFDC has partnered with Acuity Research & Practice Ltd. With their extensive experience in surveying tenant satisfaction, they will begin making calls on the Council’s behalf starting from Monday 14 August 2023.
Another wave of the survey will take place in February/March 2024.
Acuity aims to reach over 1,000 tenants and lessees in total.
Acuity will only call between 9am-8pm on weekdays and 10am-6pm on Saturdays, the number will display as 01273 093939.
Your response will help EFDC gauge your satisfaction with your home and its services. Acuity and Epping Forest District Council will not share your personal information with other organisations. All answers given will be treated as confidential.
Regulator of Social Housing requirements
The survey ensures EFDC is complying with the Regulator of Social Housing requirements. It will also provide the Council with valuable insights for comparison with previous surveys.
When the results are published next year, you will be able to:
- See how well EFDC is performing as a social housing landlord.
- Ensure that EFDC is providing and maintaining good quality homes.
- Identify which landlords excel in looking after homes and residents.
- Understand how valued tenants feel about EFDC as their landlord.
