Careline emergency alarm service
People living in our sheltered housing schemes have a connection to our Careline alarm call system.
Careline and telecare services are for people who want to feel more secure in their homes, knowing that help can be summoned at the press of a button.
By installing a telecare alarm unit, you can easily contact Tunstall Response our alarm monitoring Centre from anywhere in your home.
Careline services are available to people who vulnerable in some way, for example
- Unwell or have been injured in some way
- Have fallen;
- Have experienced an intruder in their property or garden
- Have recently been discharged from hospital
The unit is linked through your telephone line and has a pendant that can be worn around your neck or wrist.
There is an annual rental charge for this service.
A wide range of telecare sensors are also available, such as
- Smoke detectors
- Bogus caller buttons
- Fall detectors
They activate the alarm system automatically and send a call to Tunstall Response.
