Easy access buttons
We’ve added 4 easy access buttons to our website’s home page which customers can click to:
- Pay a bill, fine or invoice
- Report a problem
- Apply for a service
- Book an activity or event
Lockdown has seen many customers – particularly those who are vulnerable and isolating – interacting with us online and at their own convenience, whereas in the past they would have visited the offices for a face-to-face chat.
Music to our ears
We’ve received some excellent feedback which is music to our ears!
I have filled in multiple forms in the past few days and the ease of use and how straightforward they are amazes me as being an older citizen of the district and not able bodied to visit the council offices having these forms helps me tremendously.
This is a great alternative to visiting your offices or calling in and I feel that it helps others especially in the current situation this country is in. Thank You.
