Join our digital strategy focus group and help us deliver better online services.
How would you deliver better online services? Later this month, we will be inviting residents and customers to take part in our digital strategy consultation. Before that, we are looking for small group of volunteers to participate on our digital strategy focus group.
Digital access to services
Digital access to services – available online 24/7 is a key strategy aim for connected residents and visitors who use the internet every day. There will continue to be a place for customers who need the personal touch of face to face or phone contact. For the digital strategy, we want to improve the online experience for the 80% or more digitally connected residents who could or do contact us online.
We hold virtual meetings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams, many of which we also webcast on the internet. Our website is the place to go for detailed information and services, but we communicate across a range of platforms including:
- Text Message
We are striving to streamline and improve our services through automation. Online forms can speed up processes, save money and deliver services 24/7 to anyone, anywhere online.
However, we want to up our game and to improve our digital delivery to make it easier for people who already use our online services and encourage new people to give our digital delivery a try, perhaps for the first time.
