Sessions are primarily aimed at 55+ adults helping them get back to activity, maintain their flexibility and make new friends through dance and artistry.
Museum movers is back
Sessions take place in Epping Forest District Museum in Waltham Abbey, where participants get to explore the exhibitions that inspire the choreography of the sessions.
No prior dance experience is necessary and new joiners are always welcome.
A Council spokesman said:
These sessions have proved to be extremely popular with our older residents.
It’s a chance to not only take part in some gentle exercise, but to browse the exhibitions, galleries and gift shop at the museum and make new friends too.

Sessions take place on Fridays between 10.30 and 12 noon through to 16 December, with a break on 28 October and 2 December.
There’s space for 18 in the class, so booking is essential.
